Just purchased a 1999 Johnson 70hp Model J70PLEEE. Runs great but the tach is not working!! Replaced reg/rect with new unit. Have 0 volts on gray wire on terminal board key on engine off. Is running voltage at gray wire AC or DC? Charges at around 13 plus volts at high idle.
